I ♥ The Mind Museum - Bonifacio Global City 07/06/2012



We had a great time walking around BGC and we've decided to take a break at McDonalds 32nd St. After eating our snack, we still don't want to go home yet so Jitjit, Gracia and I went to the Mind Museum in BGC. It is just two blocks away from McDonalds. 
We just walk to get there for us to kill boredom. The first thing we noticed is its impressive architecture. It's nice to see that we also have a modern and stylish structure in the city. 

We also saw a Jollibee Branch at the ground floor. The Jollibee is very sleek- looking and has a very futuristic vibe which goes very well with the mind museum. 

We asked the guards enthusiastically about the museum's entrance fee and we found out that it will cost us 600 pesos each. Because we are out of pocket already, we just asked him if we could take pictures in the entrance. Luckily, our charm works and he allowed us to take some pictures inside. 

We also took some photos inside the Museum Store. We found out that the items for sale will cost you a fortune. We took a photo of a Rubik's cube that cost 1300 each (you don't need to solve it because it has a mind of its own). After taking tons of pictures, we've decided to go and meet Sheena in Market Market.  

Maybe I'll visit the place someday to see what's inside, but I think I need to visit the Philippines National Museum first LOL. I'm glad that we already have a world-class science museum in the Philippines. One thing for sure, everyone will definitely enjoy the place and it is worth visiting.

Philippine Military Academy (PMA) Baguio Philippine Military Academy (PMA) Baguio was the first tourist spot I visited in this humble city. I went there last 2008 with my college friends and I really enjoyed our short stay there. There is no restriction in visiting the area. However, due to its gaining popularity they implemented policies that may annoy some first time travelers.  All visitors entering PMA must have individual valid IDs. A person without a valid ID can't enter PMA. If you're in a group and you don't have ID, you will be instructed to get off the jeepney at the gate and wait for your companions with IDs while they're enjoying the tour. Also, wearing slippers is a big no-no when you wanted to enter its premises. Even though you are wearing your expensive flip-flops the security personnel won't show any mercy and you may be force to await your companion at the gate.   Batis Aramin Lucban Quezon Batis Aramin Resort, Hotel and Adventure Camp is just one of the few resorts near my hometown Tayabas, Quezon. We went there when we visited the well-known Catholic Pilgrimage site called “Kamay ni Hesus” which lies on the foot of Mt. Banahaw last 2011. You won't be lost to find the place because it is just on the other side of the popular retreat camp Kamay ni Hesus which is located in Malupak, Lucban Quezon. We don't have enough money to pay the 100 pesos entrance fee but because we wanted to explore the place we just made an alibi to the security personnel that we just wanted to do an ocular visit and see if we wanted to stay. The security personnel was very kind and he let the 5 of us enter the vicinity we just left our ID's for record updating.  There were a lot of guess that time.
