I ♥ Sagada, Mountain Province 01/20-22/12

One of the best place to unwind and get away from stress and be close to nature. The place is very solemn and price is definitely affordable. The roads leading to Sagada seems endless but 12 ours of travel from manila is all worth it.  There's a lot of activities to choose from , variety of good food , & nature of course. Most of the hotel rooms and inns were fully booked? better book a reservation to make sure that you will a place to stay.  Do not compromise your own security because there are things that don't go according to plan. You have to be extra careful with door and window locks and leaving your things behind.  I  would recommend Sagada to all nature loving people who loves sight seeing and very long, long, long travel.

I ❤️ Sumaging Cave - Sagada (2012) - January 26, 2012

We reached Sagada at approximately 3pm after a 12-hour road trip from Manila. This was my first time traveling such a long distance on a bus, and I must say, it was an experience I can take pride in. Initially, I had the impression that the only notable sight in Mountain Province would be the rice terraces, but I was pleasantly surprised. In Sagada, Mountain Province, there is one place that should definitely not be overlooked - Sumaging Cave. Sumaging Cave is a highly sought-after tourist destination and is widely regarded as one of the top caves in Sagada. Referred to as the "Big Cave," it played a crucial role as a sanctuary for Filipino soldiers during World War II, providing shelter from the Japanese guerrillas. This cave is connected to other caves in Sagada, including the Lumiang Cave, and typically requires approximately 2 to 3 hours to fully explore. The registration fee for visitors is P10.00 per person, while the guide fee ranges from P250
