I ♥ Badjao Seafood Restaurant Palawan 06/08/12

It was our 2nd day in the beautiful Island of Palawan and we need to eat something after the busy day we had in Sabang beach.  I asked a tricycle driver to bring us to a popular place to dine in Puerto Princesa. Without a second thought he recommended Badjao Seafront Restaurant which is located in Abueg Road, Puerto Princesa.  It is highly suggested that you make an arrangement with the tricycle driver and have it wait on you while you are eating because Abueg Road is quite far from the town proper.   They serve a lot of seafood dishes which are quite reasonable. I could say that Badjao has the best ambiance of all restaurants in Puerto Princesa though we went there at night.

I ♥ Tiki Bar, Palawan 06/06/12

After eating dinner at Kinabuch we wanted to chill, party and see what Palawan night life has to offer. We tried the Tiki Bar in Puerto Princesa for a chillax evening and we weren't disappointed.  The place is cozy and because it is a Tiki bar you'll expect tiki's, of course and hawaiian theme resto. The rest room signs were unique. It says Kiki for ladies and Titi for gentlemen.  There are two bands playing that night and the band started at 9PM and we were entertained by The Live 8 Band and Keme Band. Their music was pop, R&B and hiphop which was very ideal for party poppers.    As usual, the band asked who's celebrating their bday that night without hesitation I told them that my two backpackers girly friends were celebrating their birthday. I took a video while everybody at the bar sang and greeted them. The Bar owner and a local guy even greeted us. It's really a great night to start our Palawan trip the next day.

It’s our first night in Palawan and we don’t want to eat dinner in a fast food serve. We wanted to dine in a special restaurant so we can be a little bit touristy. One friend suggested to try dining in Kinabuchs Bar and Grill restaurant.     Kinabuchs is a highly recommended places to dine in Puerto Princesa. She read a lot of good reviews and it is a must try in Palawan. Its like going to Hard Rock Cafe which is a popular place for foreigners and locals.       Kinabuchs Bar and Grill is  in 348 Rizal Avenue, Puerto Princesa City. Our hotel is just in the area so we tried to walk but the place is too far so we've decided to ride a tricylcle instead.   It a clear June night skies, a gentle calming breeze, a wide- open space that didn't feel crowded even though it was full, and a wide screen projector welcome us.  There are a lot of foreigners and locals and we are so sure that we’ll definitely enjoy dining here.    It was really hard to look for a vacant seat o
