I ♥ Regal Business Park Cebu City 11/05/2011



We stayed in Regal Business Inn during my second trip in Cebu City. We were a group of 12 people so we booked 3 rooms. I had a very good impression when I saw the hotel. 

It is located next to Ayala Center Cebu which is excellent. The hotel is very accessible especially if you are going to stay in Cebu for a long time.

 I really like the attitude of their staffs they were very friendly and warm being. We were greeted by a very friendly security guy and the receptionists were all pleasant. The hotel, whilst not the newest and most modern is still clean and presentable enough. There were some things that needed improvement though like their elevator and smoking area but of course the room is the most important thing. 

 The rooms that were assigned to us had nice big windows. The rooms were very spacious with Cable T.V and hot/cold shower. The bed and sheets were clean and comfortable. However, the hotel is in the middle of the city so you’ll expect the noise outside from ongoing traffic but nevertheless I had a good night sleep.

What I love the most is their free breakfast buffet each morning, 6 a.m. to 8 a.m. The food that was served was typical Filipino dishes but the quality of the food was excellent. 

The hotel allowed free use of internet in restaurant 24/7 but there is no Wi-Fi in your room. The Regal is not the nicest hotel in Cebu city. However, given the price and the location, you could do much worse. For 1440 pesos a night, you shouldn't be expecting first class accommodations but if you are looking for best value for money, accessibility, security and comfort I will definitely recommend this place.

Philippine Military Academy (PMA) Baguio Philippine Military Academy (PMA) Baguio was the first tourist spot I visited in this humble city. I went there last 2008 with my college friends and I really enjoyed our short stay there. There is no restriction in visiting the area. However, due to its gaining popularity they implemented policies that may annoy some first time travelers.  All visitors entering PMA must have individual valid IDs. A person without a valid ID can't enter PMA. If you're in a group and you don't have ID, you will be instructed to get off the jeepney at the gate and wait for your companions with IDs while they're enjoying the tour. Also, wearing slippers is a big no-no when you wanted to enter its premises.   Batis Aramin Lucban Quezon Batis Aramin Resort, Hotel and Adventure Camp is just one of the few resorts near my hometown Tayabas, Quezon. We went there when we visited the well-known Catholic Pilgrimage site called “Kamay ni Hesus” which lies on the foot of Mt. Banahaw last 2011. You won't be lost to find the place because it is just on the other side of the popular retreat camp Kamay ni Hesus which is located in Malupak, Lucban Quezon. We don't have enough money to pay the 100 pesos entrance fee but because we wanted to explore the place we just made an alibi to the security personnel that we just wanted to do an ocular visit and see if we wanted to stay. The security personnel was very kind and he let the 5 of us enter the vicinity we just left our ID's for record updating.  There were a lot of guess that time.
