During our recent trip to Cebu, we stumbled upon 10000 Roses, a Korean-owned cafe located by the wharf. This tourist attraction boasted of 10,000 LED white roses that changed colors, creating a visually captivating experience. However, our visit to this cafe turned out to be a dud, leaving us disappointed and underwhelmed.
 

The main selling point of 10000 Roses is undoubtedly the LED roses that adorn the cafe's grounds. From a distance, the sight of thousands of roses glowing in various colors is indeed mesmerizing. It's an impressive sight to behold, especially for first-time visitors. However, the novelty quickly wears off, and the lack of maintenance becomes apparent.
 

Upon closer inspection, we noticed that many of the LED roses were not turned on, suggesting that they were no longer functioning. This lack of attention to detail detracted from the overall experience. Additionally, the cafe was overcrowded with tourists, making it difficult to fully appreciate the supposed beauty of the place. The atmosphere was chaotic and far from the peaceful ambiance we had hoped for.
 

As the initial excitement faded, we couldn't help but feel let down by our visit to 10000 Roses. The overhyped nature of the attraction and the lack of upkeep left us questioning whether it was worth the time and effort to visit. The cafe failed to live up to its promise of being a unique and enchanting destination.
 

Based on our experience, we would advise future travelers to Cebu to think twice before visiting 10000 Roses. The attraction may seem enticing from afar, but the reality is far from the picture-perfect image portrayed in advertisements. Unless you are a die-hard fan of LED lights or have a particular interest in visiting every tourist spot, it's best to skip this one.
 

In the end, our visit to 10000 Roses in Cebu turned out to be a disappointing tourist trap. The initial allure quickly faded, leaving us underwhelmed and dissatisfied. While the concept of LED roses may sound intriguing, the lack of maintenance and overcrowding of the cafe detract from the overall experience. We recommend exploring other attractions in Cebu that offer a more authentic and fulfilling experience.

Philippine Military Academy (PMA) Baguio Philippine Military Academy (PMA) Baguio was the first tourist spot I visited in this humble city. I went there last 2008 with my college friends and I really enjoyed our short stay there. There is no restriction in visiting the area. However, due to its gaining popularity they implemented policies that may annoy some first time travelers.  All visitors entering PMA must have individual valid IDs. A person without a valid ID can't enter PMA. If you're in a group and you don't have ID, you will be instructed to get off the jeepney at the gate and wait for your companions with IDs while they're enjoying the tour. Also, wearing slippers is a big no-no when you wanted to enter its premises.   Batis Aramin Lucban Quezon Batis Aramin Resort, Hotel and Adventure Camp is just one of the few resorts near my hometown Tayabas, Quezon. We went there when we visited the well-known Catholic Pilgrimage site called “Kamay ni Hesus” which lies on the foot of Mt. Banahaw last 2011. You won't be lost to find the place because it is just on the other side of the popular retreat camp Kamay ni Hesus which is located in Malupak, Lucban Quezon. We don't have enough money to pay the 100 pesos entrance fee but because we wanted to explore the place we just made an alibi to the security personnel that we just wanted to do an ocular visit and see if we wanted to stay. The security personnel was very kind and he let the 5 of us enter the vicinity we just left our ID's for record updating.  There were a lot of guess that time.
